Mary Donna Lee Taylor, 81, Prentice died Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Aspirus Nursing and Rehab, where she had been a resident for the past 26 days. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28 at Word of Life Family Church in Phillips with Pastor Terry Sellers officiating. Burial will take place at Kennan Cemetery in Kennan.

She Was born May 22, 1934 in Nebraska to Raymond H. and Mary May (Schmidt) Cronk. She attended Hawkins Elementary, was a 1953 graduate of Hawkins High School. She married William Wayne Taylor, in November of 1953. He preceded her in death on May 1, 1992. Donna was a home maker. After high school, she married the love of her life, William W. Taylor. They moved to Minnesota for a period of time before settling in Prentice. She enjoyed being outdoors, listening to music, especially Polka, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family and caring for her children and grandchildren. She was a member ofWorld of Life Family Church of Phillips, and past member of Kennan Methodist Church.

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Raymond (Rose) Taylor of Rib Lake, Kathleen (Tom) Dupin of Longmont, CO, Robert Taylor of Prentice, Roy Taylor of Wausau, Sandra Teeters of Prentice, and Phillip Taylor of Stetsonville.

BROTHERS/SISTERS DECEASED: Raymond and Lyle Cronk.
