Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday October 7th at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with full military honors.
Mr. Sage was born March 7, 1945 in Davidson County to the late Odie E. and Frances Brinkley Sage.
He was a retired 1st Sergeant with the U.S. Army, having served in Vietnam, and a retired State Military Police Officer with the National Guard. Mr. Sage was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. He enjoyed reading and was a history buff.
Mr. Sage is survived by his wife of 50 years: Eleni Sage of Hendersonville, daughter: Susan Sage, son: Phillip Sage, granddaughter: Lily Sage all of Hendersonville, brothers and sisters-in-law: Thomas and Lynda Sage of Springfield, Phillip and Sonia Sage of Mt. Juliet, several nieces and nephews.
