George was a retired employee of United States Steel, Gary Sheet & Tin Mill. Preceded in death by wife, Evelyn D. Sellhorn, and son, George E. Sellhorn, Jr. Survived by 2 daughters, Patricia "Trish" (Leo) Mayhew of Lakes of the Four Seasons, Barbara (Efrain) Rivera of Valparaiso, IN; 1 son, James (Gloria) Sellhorn of Chesterton, IN; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service Wednesday, July 23, 2003, 11:30 a.m. at Geisen Funeral Home, 7905 Broadway, Merrillville. Rev. Joseph Murphy officiating.
Burial Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.
