Loving husband of Patricia Marshall; beloved nephew of Ed and Lula Fraley; devoted father of Sheila Marshall and Troy (Susan) Marshall; cherished grandfather of Troy Marshall, Jr. and Anne Marie Marshall; and dear brother of Jimmy Marshall, Margaret Enos, and the late Robert and Doyle Marshall. Jesse proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from October 20, 1954 to October 19, 1957. Services: The family is being served by the BAUE Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, MO where visitation will be held Monday, October 5, 2015 11:301:30 PM.
