Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Ida (Seiberlich) and James Culver, Sr.
James was the owner and operator of J&J Catering in Philadelphia for more than 30 years prior to his retirement in 2005.
In his free time, he enjoyed drag racing, motorcycles, and restoring classic muscle cars.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three stepsons: James DiPadova of Telford, David DiPadova of Plymouth Meeting, Anthony DiPadova and his wife Tina of Salisbury, MD, two stepdaughters: Nicole Dipadova of Philadelphia, Michelle Johnson and her husband Ed of Fruitland, MD, two grandchildren: Nicholas and Samantha, and his lifelong friend, Victor King. He was preceded in death by a stepson, Gregory “Bubba” DiPadova.
Graveside Services will be private at the convenience of the family in the Lawn View Cemetery in Rockledge. Arrangements are by the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, Telford.
