Randal "Kevin" Johnson, 36, of Greeneville, passed away Thursday at Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville.
Survivors include one daughter: Danielle Hilton of North Carolina; his mother: Sharon Johnson; his father: Randall Johnson and his wife, Terry; a sister: Emily Lynch and her husband, Cody Lynch; his grandmother: Bobbie Ricker; one special niece: Julia Swecker; one nephew: Bodee Lynch; aunts: Penny King and her husband, David, and Teresa Fletcher; uncles: Chris Johnson and his wife, Karen, Ricky Ricker and his wife, Glenda of Atlanta, and Tony Malone and his wife, Lelia; one great-aunt: Bernice Dean; one stepsister: Lisa Sandstrum; two stepbrothers: Scott Horner and Ricky Trentham; several cousins; and many many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Junior and Betty Johnson, and Claude Ricker; and a special aunt: Beth Hensley.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Services, downtown chapel, with the funeral service following at 7 p.m. in the chapel. The Rev. Clarence Gammill will officiate.
