Grandmother of David, Mark, James, Steven and Darrin Kinsey, Kevin Harwell and Timothy Coates. She is also survived by her 18 great-grandchildren, 11 great great-grandchildren and her 2 nieces. Mrs. Offutt was predeceased by her grandsons, Scott and Michael Harwell.
Friends will be received at PUMPHREY'S COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 West Montgomery Avenue, Rockville, MD on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church, 14139 Seneca Road, Germantown, MD on Thursday, October 8 at 10 am. Interment Darnestown Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
