Peter "Pete" E. Turlington, age 76, formerly of Gloucester and owner of Turlington Jewelers, died at Mary Immaculate Hospital, Sept. 13, 2004. Pete was a member of Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church, and his beloved first wife, Shirley, preceded him in death.

Survivors include wife, Catherine Clone Turlington; daughter, Anita Vest and husband, Wayne; two sons, Peter A. Turlington and wife, Jackie, and Kenneth Turlington and wife, Carolyn; four sisters, Norrie, Margaret, Mary and Nancy; six grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.

Services, conducted by the Rev. Terry Clark, will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church. Inurnment will follow in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery.
