Mrs. Anna May Rodee, 69, passed away at her home, 110 West Cortland street Tuesday afternoon, May 9, 1939. Funeral Services are to be held Friday at 2 p.m. daylight saving time at the home. The Rev. Charles Patterson of Ithaca will officiate. Burial will be made in the Groton Rural Cemetery.
Mrs. Rodee was born in Ulster, Pa., May 9, 1970, and had lived for the past 30 years in Groton. She is survived by her husband, Pete Rodee, a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Ganoung of Groton; a son, Birl of Troopsburg: two brothers, George Matison of Harford Mills, and Charles Matison of Chenango Forks; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren."
