"Moravia - Robert Rodee, 85, of Moravia died yesterday at a local nursing home after a long illness.
A native of Moravia he lived here most of his life except for three years in Groton. He was the proprietor of a meat market.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Alma L. Bingham Rodee; one son, C. Wallace Rodee of Moravia; three sisters Mrs. Elizabeth Brock, Mrs. Mary Lick and Mrs. Minnie Birch, all of Cortland; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Wade Funeral Home, Moravia. Burial will be in Groton Rural Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday evenings."
