Bill was the owner of Twin City Amusement Company for over 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, James Feezell and Sue Wright Rogers, his son, Randy Feezell and son-in-law, Steve Kagley.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty Harless Feezell, daughter, Nelda Kagley, grandsons, Jake Kagley and Taylor Kagley (Becca), and great-grandson, Rett Kagley; sister-in-law, Gaynell Lawson (Dan); brother-in-law, Bernard Harless; special niece, Ann (Sophronie) Hannah.
Friends will be received Saturday, October 3 from 6-7:00 p.m. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Sunday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with Jay Lindsey officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blount County Rescue Squad, P. O. Box 218, Alcoa, TN 37701.
