Tommy M. Melton, 60, of Rossville, TN, formerly of Collierville, passed away on September 30, 2015. The family will gather to receive friends on Thursday, October 1, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., and funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 2, at Collierville Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville. Born on April 3, 1955 in South Bend, Indiana, Tommy was raised in the Memphis area and attended Collierville High School. He was a retired truck driver. Mr. Melton is survived by his wife of 21 years, Ruby Melton; two children, Stacy Durance and Tommy Melton of Fort Meyers, FL; his step-son, James Wilson; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Van Melton and Johnny Melton.
