Mrs. Louisa Lamar Hollyday
The funeral of Mrs. Louisa Lamar Hollyday, widow of William Hollyday and who died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Sharp, in Norfolk, took place from Memorial Protestant Episcopal Church, Bolton street and Lafayette avenue, yesterday. Rev. Walter Stehl conducted the services. The pallbearers were Mr. Lamar Hollyday, Mr. Alfred Hollyday (sons), Lamar Steuart (grandson), Walter Sharp, Thomas Cradock and Dr. J. G. Hollyday. The interment was at Greenmount Cemetery.
Mrs. Hollyday was born near Hagerstown 80 years ago. She was a daughter of Col. Frisby Tilghman. She is survived by five children - two daughters and three sons - twenty grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
