Orgretta M. Stevenson, 85, of Springfield died at 10:55 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Medical Center. She was born June 1, 1908, in Springfield, the daughter of Samuel and Mary Belle Robertson Farrand. She married Earl Stevenson, who preceded her in death in 1972. Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Geraldine Mae Little, in 1987; a son, Earl Eugene Stevenson, in 1946; three brothers; and three sisters.
Mrs. Stevenson was a lifelong resident of Springfield, and a member of Sherman United Methodist Church. She was employed as an assemblyline worker at Sangamo Electric.
Surviving are two grandsons, Ronald Eugene Little and Steven Richard Little, both of Little Rock, Ark.; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial services at Sherman United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Kenneth Zinn and David McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
