John H. Mann, 85, of 1129 Pearl Street, resident of Port Huron and Marine City 60 years, died Friday in a nursing home, 901 Wall Street, after a long illness.
Mr. Mann was born in Aylmer, Ontario, in 1862.
He and Miss Agnes Hopper were married in 1887.
He is survived by a son, Fred C. Mann, a daughter, Mrs. Florence M. Warren, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, all of Port Huron; a brother, Arthur Mann, Cleveland, OH, and a step brother, Thomas Kellor, Capac.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Kipp Funeral Home. Rev. H. A. Hudgins, pastor of Washington Avenue Methodist Church, will officiate.
The pallbearers are: Howard R. Courtney, George A. Fair, John E. McClelland, Ray Grodrick, Herbert Kress and Wells B. Warren, all of Port Huron.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
