"GREENSBORO — Beverly "Ann" Matthews died Saturday, January 26, 2013.
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Edwards Grove Baptist Church, Liberty. Burial will follow in the Rock Creek AME Church Cemetery, Snow Camp.
She is survived by sons, Derrick Matthews (Heidi) of the home and Rodney Matthews (Marion) of Asheboro, NC; sister, Carolyn Blackwell (Lacy) of Elon, NC; brothers, Garland Matthews, Jr. (Mary) and Henry Matthews (Brenda) both of Liberty, NC; grandchildren, Justin of the home, Shinka, Rodney Von, Tanja, Ronta all of Greensboro, Jessica of Red cross, Tierra and Jeremy both of Asheboro; three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Edwards Grove Church, Liberty.
