GENEVA ANN MANUEL was born Sept. 4, 1930, at Havensville, Kans. She was a teacher. On Jan. 27, 1951 she married Galen Fred Watts. He holds a degree from Kansas State College, was a Lieutenant in the Army, serving in Japan and Korea in World War II, discharged in May, 1954. He is engaged in his profession as an Agricultural Engineer. They are members of the Methodist Church. Address: Kansas City, Missouri.
