VIALA November 12, 1982, Joseph Fernand, age 78, passed away in Stettler Nursing Home. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth of Red Deer; son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Margaret of Red Deer; daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Richard Innes of Calgary; daughter Michelle of Toronto and three grandchildren. He was predeceased by his grandson, Guy Innes. Mr. Viala was born in Tehlan, Algeria in 1903 and immigrated with his family in 1910. He grew up in Greenwood, B.C. and farmed in Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan for over 20 years. Johnson Funeral Home in Sylvan Lake are in charge of arrangements. Services at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Sylvan Lake at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17. Father MacGilllv-ray officiating.
