Carl W Chambers, aged 47 of 425 Willis Ave, Republic Steel Corporation foreman, died at his home at 1:30 pm Saturday of pneumonia.
Mr Chambers was born April 2 1890 in Cemron W. Va. a son of Wilson and Elizabeth Chambers. He came to Youngstown 28 years ago and married Miss Nelle McCallister 24 years ago. He was foreman of the die shop at Republic tube mill.
He leaves his wife; four children, Robert, Dick and James Chambers, and Mrs E L Kline all of Youngstown ; and two brothers, Wily Chambers, of East Liverpool and Harry Chambers of Clarksville W Va.
Funeral services will be held at 1030 am Tuesday a the Shriver Allison South Side Funeral Home with Rev Harris in charge. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Youngstown Vindicator Oct 10, 1937 Sec B page 6
