Mr. Jerry Wane Eldridge, 44, of Hamburg, born July 4, 1959, in Monroe, LA, died Sunday, July 6, 2003, as a result of an automobile accident south of Hamburg. A resident of Hamburg for the past ten months, he had lived in Bastrop, LA, for twelve years and West Monroe, LA, for many years. He worked for Wilson Environmental as a logistics engineer and attended the First Church of God in Crossett.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Rawls Eldridge; four daughters, Samantha, Cheyenne and Cassidy Eldridge, all of Hamburg, and Tiffani Hovey of Titusville, FL; his mother, Janice Lee McDonald of West Monroe, LA; two brothers, Robert Eldridge of West Monroe and Glen Eldridge of Eros, LA, and four nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Eldridge.

Funeral services were planned for 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 8, in the First Church of God in Crossett with the Rev. Karvin Adams officiating. Pallbearers were to be Chip Wilson, Brian Nunnery, Bill and Frank Rawls, Don Head and Robert Eldridge. Burial was to follow services at the Rawls Cemetery under the direction of Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home of Hamburg.
