Texas Political Figure, Warren Phillips, Dies
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Dec. 10 (AP). -- Warren B. Phillips, Corpus Christi attorney active in affairs of the Democratic party in Texas, died Sunday night of injuries received in an automobile accident Saturday near Tulia, Texas.
Phillips, 61, practiced law in Oklahoma before moving to Texas seventeen years ago. His wife and a daughter-in-law Mrs. Jack Phillips, were injured in the accident in which Phillips was fatally hurt.
