FLOYD JAMES "UNCLE BILL" HARVEY, 68, died Thursday, July 10, 2014. The son of the late Cecil and Mary (Ballard) Harvey, Floyd was born October 8, 1945 in Jeffersonville. He had worked at American Synthetic Rubber Company and was a door greeter at Southeast Christian Church in Jeffersonville. In addition to his parents, Floyd was preceded in death by sisters, Jane Wilson and Mary Dell Jenkins; and brothers, Joe and Charles Harvey.
Survivors include wife of 45 years, Vickie Bedan Harvey; daughter, Missy Dale (Jerry); brother, Carl Harvey (Janet); sisters-in-law, Judy and Dixie Harvey;
grandchildren, Makenzie, Chandler, Harrison and Griffin Dale; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm ~ 7:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany. A Celebration of Life will be held at 7:00 pm Friday in the Kraft Spring Street Chapel with private burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
