Andrea Starr Mitchell, a resident of Tulsa passed away Monday, September 28th, 2015 in Tulsa at the age of 24. She was born June 28, 1991 in Tahlequah to Crystal Chapmon and Montie R. Mitchell, Jr. Andrea was a sales associate at Dollar General in Tulsa. She was a member of the Presbyterian church. Andrea was very artistic, loved to draw and paint. She could do anything she put her mind to and did it well. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Marlene Browning, also by her maternal great grandparents, Frank & Ophelia Boatright. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 2, 2015 at New Sonora Cemetery with Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
