Daughter of John Clinton and Jessie Mae Morris Hall, she was born Nov. 16, 1913, in Chickasha, Okla. On Nov. 2, 1928, she was married to William Colbert Horton in Van Sickle. Mrs. Horton was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Hazel Watkins of Emory and Dorothy O'Meara of Picayune, Miss.; one son, Wayne Horton of Greenville; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and four sons, Rex, Eldon, Calvin and Frankie.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Horton, Larry Horton, Kevin Horton, Tommy Malone, Challen O'Meara and Calvin Horton Jr.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
