KAISER
Paul G. Kaiser III, 79, a lifelong resident of Foley, Ala. passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015 at home surrounded by family.
Paul was the son of Paul Jr. and Helen Kaiser, raised in Elberta and a lifelong resident of Baldwin County. He graduated in 1954 from Foley High School.
After graduating, he proudly served in the Army National Guard. Once returning from service he farmed for many years and was a very active member of the community. His involvements included Alabama Farmers Federation, Foley 100 Club, South Baldwin Farmers Club.
He was also a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Bon Secour, where he served as a Eucharistic minister.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Kaiser Jr. and Helen Merle Kaiser; his daughter, Kimberly Ann Kaiser; and one brother, Doug Kaiser Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dian Grantham Kaiser of Foley; two sons, Anthony Kaiser (Dee) of Foley, Bart Kaiser (Vanessa) of Spanish Fort; one daughter, Stacy Proffer (Dirk) of Virginia Beach, Va.; seven grandchildren; Chris Kaiser, Sarah Grace Kaiser, Caitlin Massie, Allison Proffer, Derek Proffer, Kyle Proffer and Bryce Proffer; five great-grandchildren, Ally Kaiser, Rhett Kaiser, Kimberlynn Kaiser, Delanie Kaiser and Indie Rae Proffer; one brother, Ed Kaiser (Donna); two sisters, Barbara Kaiser Leavell (Tom) and Kathy Kaiser Morgan (Mike).
Funeral services for Paul G. Kaiser III will be Saturday, Sept. 12th, 2015 at 3 p.m., with time of visitation two hours prior to the service. Father Massey Gentry will be officiating.
Burial will follow Pine Rest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 29, Bon Secour, AL 36511.
