She was born in Beardstown Sept. 8, 1898. She married Grover C. Fogarty in Kahoka, Mo., June 15, 1939. He died Oct. 9, 1961.
Surviving are two stepsons, Carroll Fogarty, Galesburg, and Earl Fogarty, Markleyville, Calif.; one stepdaughter, Patricia Lewis, Galesburg; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Galesburg chapter of Order of the Eastern Star.
Graveside service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery, the Rev. Richard Riley officiating. There will be no visitation.
Hinchliff-Pearson West Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
