ELSIE SHEKOSKY

Mrs. Elsie Shekosky, __, of __ Washington St., Two Rivers, died Monday afternoon at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac, where she had been a patient the past 40 days.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Klein & Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 2 p.m. at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. W. G. Haase officiating. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery.

Mrs. Shekosky, nee Elsie Werth, was born at Kewaunee Jan. 2, 1892, daughter of the late Henry and Mrs. Emma Peters Werth. The family moved to Two Rivers when she was 16 years old, where Mrs. Shekosky resided since. She was married in 1918 to Frank Shekosky, a veteran of World War I, who died Aug. 17, 1940 at Two Rivers. She was a member of the Auxiliary of the Robert F. Burns Post 165, American Legion and the Two Rivers Homemakers Club.

Besides her daughter, Bernice, a nurse at Fond du Lac, she leaves her mother of Two Rivers, a sister, Mrs. Fred B. Ollendorf of Two Rivers, and a brother, George Werth of Two Rivers.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
