Stacy is survived by one son, Jordan Bryant, Texas; his parents, J.C. Smith, Wallins and Betty Collett Bays, Barbourville; one brother, Pate Smith, Wallins; two sisters, B.J. Jones and husband Wayne, Wallins and Donielle Bays, Barbourville; and his girlfriend, Melissa Bryant.
