Carl Mack died at the age of 68, in the line of duty. He had been a Firefighter for 41 years. He had previously served as a Volunteer Firefighter for the Muskego Volunteer Fire Department for 34 years, and as President for 25 years. He presently worked 7 years for the New Chester Fire Department in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin. He collapsed at a Structure Fire, due to a sudden Heart Attack. His father died from a blood disease when he was young, he was raised by a single mother. He worked 43 years for the Grunau Company Inc. He was a member of the Plumber's Union #75 for 49 years. He enjoyed his Workshop, Home Projects, and building things.

He is survived by: His wife of 46 years, Ruth (Rewolinski) Mack, Two Daughters-Diane and Lisa, and Two Sons-Sam and Andy, plus four grandchildren.
