Francis William Hilleary, 98, Middletown, died Saturday September 26 at Vindobona Nursing Center in Braddock Heights where he resided for one day. He was the husband of Mary Anne Imlay Hilleary.
Born in Washington DC on October 25, 1916 he was a son of the late Charles and Harriett Rhingruber Hilleary. He was employed with the water dept. in the District of Columbia until his retirement and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Community Church, Middletown.
Surviving, besides his wife, are:
2 children - Gregory Hilleary and Sandra Routzahn - both of Falling Waters, WV
4 grandchildren - Nicole Schwandt, Melissa Hilleary, Emily Routzahn, Jacob Routzahn
3 great-grandchildren - Landon Walters, Kaylee Walters, Hunter Schwandt
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM on Wednesday September 30 from Holy Family Catholic Community Church, 7321 Burkittsville Rd., Middletown. Msgr. Robert Jaskot will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the Mass. Interment will be made in Columbia Gardens Cemetery, Alexandria, VA
