Norma Jean Cline Sparks, 69, of St. Marys, WV, passed away, September 26, 2015, at her residence. She was born, September 18, 1946, in Woodsfield, OH, a daughter of the late Bernard W., Sr., and Emma Jane Marty Cline. She was a 1965 graduate of Woodsfield High School, and a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Marys, WV. She had worked for the former Ben Franklin and McDonalds. She was a member of the Amity Rebekah Lodge, a member of the Pioneer Woman’s Club, and had been a member of the Silver Needles sewing club. She liked to send out personal homemade greeting cards.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Phillip “Sparky” Sparks, two children, Misty Sparks and Doug Sparks, three grandchildren, Jesse Templeton, Lacey Templeton, and Brian Templeton, two sisters, Cheryl Magyar, and Diana (Ronald) Davis, one brother, Bernard W. “Dink” Cline, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at 2 P. M. at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV, with Pastors John Strimer and Jerry Murphy officiating. Interment will be in the St. Marys IOOF Cemetery.
