DOW, Robert Glen "Bobby" 67, of Tampa, passed away Sunday, Sept. 13, 2015. Living his life mostly in Pinellas County, he loved Florida, and lived in several different places throughout the state over the years. Bobby was a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was born in Pittsburgh on May 17, 1948, to Elna and Robert Dow. He graduated from Baldwin High School in 1966. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army from 1967-1969. He then made his home in Safety Harbor in 1973. Bobby was a member of Northwood Presbyterian Church. He worked in landscaping for years until he was forced to retire due to a disability. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bobby is survived by his beloved family: sister, Bonnie and her husband John Taylor; twin nieces, Dyan Taylor-Harris and her husband Tony Harris, and Shary Taylor Gentry and her husband John Gentry; great-niece, Alison Gentry; great-nephew, Mark Gentry. Bobby will be laid to rest on Sept. 29, 1 pm, at Bay Pines National Cemetery, with well deserved Military Honors.
