On June 1978, Pilar married the love of her life Norvell C. Wilson. They went on to live in several Air force bases including Holloman, Tyndall, Zaragoza, McConnell, Torrejon and Tinker which were home to them and their two sons.
Pilar worked as a Human Resources Manager at JCPenney where she created many lasting bonds and considered her coworkers to be her second family. She was one to always put her friends and family's needs in front of her own. She was selfless, compassionate, and a caring most loving wife and mother. In her spare time she loved working on her garden as well as watching her Spanish soap operas while relaxing on her porch.
She always looked forward to returning to her hometown to visit her family every few years and there she will be laid to rest, the way she would have wanted it.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Norvell Charles Wilson; her two sons, Jason W. Wilson and Eric A. Wilson; her mother, Palmira Blas Palos; and her two sisters, Maria Jesus Garcia Blas and Ana Cris Garcia Blas. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends all special in her heart.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. on Monday evening, followed by a service to celebrate her life at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore Funeral & Cremation.
