She was born on September 21, 1953 in Hahira, GA to the late Robert G. Dampier and Opal Jackson Foster. She worked as a civil service employee for over 25 years and retired in 1997. She grew up in Lakeland, GA but moved to Hinesville, GA and lived there for the past 32 years.
Survivors Include: Husband of 45 years, Donnie Singletary of Hinesville, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law, Timothy "Nathan" Singletary (Emily) of Ludowici, GA; Daughter, Connie Kersey of Charleston, SC; 4 Grandchildren: Timothy "Nathan" Singletary, Jr of Ludowici, GA; Caitlyn Joy Anderson "CJ" of Columbia, SC; Haley Gunter of Ludowici, GA; Shyan Gunter of Ludowici, GA
Funeral Services were held at 3:00PM Sunday, September 27, 2015 in the Lakeland chapel of Music Funeral Services. Burial followed in Greenlawn Cemetery. Music Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
