Debbie was born the daughter of Franklin and Eloise Dillon.
She was an active member of Second Baptist Church where she met the love of her life, Richard Medley. They were united in marriage on June 4, 1977. They were blessed with two sons.
Debbie enjoyed singing and playing the piano at Church services, as well as using her creative talents on vacation Bible school props and banners. One especially memorable VBS was June 2013 with amusement park theme. Debbie built a motorized rotating ferris wheel and swing, and a roller coaster seat complete with dangling legs.
Debbie was steadfast that all Glory for her talents, whether singing, her testimony of faith amidst trails, or her flair for VBS, flower arrangements, decorating, goes to God. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and her "sister trips", as well as her time spent at the family cabin.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Richard Medley, and two sons, Richard William Medley and Andrew Kyle Medley; four grandchildren, Gabrielle, Lily, Emma, McKenna; her mother Eloise Cochran Dillon Jennings; brother, Dale Dillon; sister, Karen Dillon Little; her "sisters", Lula Medley McDonald, Penny Medley Muniz, Reba Medley King, Ruby Medley Speer, Glenda Speer Cox; and many nieces and nephews, in-laws, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Franklin Dillon and "sisters", Lelah Medley and Clelah Medley Bradley, and niece Brittany McDonald.
