Robert Dewey Foust, age 70, of Knoxville, Tennessee, went to be with his Heavenly Father Friday, September 25th surrounded by his family. Dewey found the love of his life, Wanda, at an early age. Together, they raised three children. Dewey loved to sit on the front porch and watch his 8 grandkids play while holding his much loved dog, Molly. Dewey is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lawanda Walker Foust, son and daughter- in-law, Rob and Alayna Foust, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Chad Campbell, son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Amanda Foust, grandchildren, Clay, Mason, Riley, Dylan, and Miranda Foust, and Collin, Carley, and Claire Campbell. He is also survived by his brothers Randy (Sherri) Foust, R.E. (Christine) Foust and sisters Jeanie Weaver and Helen (Alan) Dunlap, and a host of nephews and nieces. There will be a celebration of his life at 6:00 p.m Monday, September 28, 2015, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel and travel in procession to Roseberry Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. interment service with the Reverend Michael Driver officiating. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital (501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105) in Dewey’s memory. “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” II Timothy 4:7.
