STONINGTON -- Mrs. Dora B. Fifield, 83, died Tuesday at Ellsworth hospital afert a short illness.
She was born Aug. 15, 1884 at Deer Isle, the daughter of Frank and Martha (Haskell) Carmen.
Surviving are her husband, Allen Fifield; and nephews, nieces and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the Bragdon Funeral Home in Stonington, Thursday at 3 p.m. with the Rev. F. Owen Speaker of Bangor officiating.
Burial will be in Burnt Cove Cemetery.
