Kathy Ann Love, 3 year old daughter of Charles and Mabel Love of Terry, was the victim of accidental drowning while playing with another child about half a mile from her parent's home. The accident occurred on May 1.
The children were playing near a small reservoir, and Kathy apparently decided to go swimming. Taking off her clothes, she walked into the water. The playmate went back to the house and told the Loves that Kathy was in the reservoir. They pulled the little girl out, but attempts at resuscitation failed.
Kathy Ann Love was born on May 21, 1954 in Miles City and had lived in and around Terry all her life. She is survived by her parents; a younger sister Susan Marie; he maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Edwin Moos of Terry; several uncles and aunts, Mr and Mrs Delbert Sharbono and Mr and Mrs Ted Moos of Glendive, and Patty and Wayne Moos of Terry; and Mrs Jean Bullock of Wayne MI.
