Randall Polk (Randy) Davis, 56, of Nashville, TN, died on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born on March 8, 1956 in Clarksville, Tennessee to Polk Davis, Jr and Barbara Ussery Davis. He was preceded in death by the father Polk Davis, Jr.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Antioch United Methodist Church with Rev. Jack W. Davis and Rev. Don Lee officiating. Burial will be in Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Randy was an architect. He was a graduate of Montgomery Central High School. He received his Associate's Degree from Nashville Tech. He was a member of the Boy Scouts and earned God and Country Award as well as other badges.
He is survived by his mother and brother and his son and daughter.
