Ronald D. Kirk, age 56, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015. Born on March 24, 1959, in Russell, Kansas. He joined the U.S. Navy and served for 25 years. After his retirement, Ron had worked for Vons. Ron was the son of Eugene and Jan Kirk. He was the eldest among four siblings – Ray, Daryl, and Russell. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Kirk. Survivors include his mother, Jan; his loving wife, Beth; and sons, Duane and Donald. Ron will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2015, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., with the recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Greenlawn Celebration of Life Center SW. A prayer service followed by military honors will be held on the grounds of Greenlawn Memorial Park Southwest, 2739 Panama Lane, on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
