He was a member of the class of 1906 at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. One of the founders of Liberty National Life Insurance Company, Birmingham, Ala., he as a member of its board of directors for 38 years. A benefactor of Howard College, Birmingham, Ala., and Florida Presbyterian College, St. Petersburg, he was also found of the Glaucoma Eye Clinic of Halifax District Hospital, Daytona Beach. Mr. Seibert was a 50-year member of both Philadelphia lodge No. 72, AF&AM and Lulu Shrine Temple, Philadelphia. He had moved to Daytona Beach in 1951, where he was a member of Seabreeze United Church.
The survivors are wife, Mrs. Mae Siebert; brother, Percy Seibert, NY City; sister, Nellie Seibert, Hagerstown; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at Baggett-McIntosh Funeral Chapel, Daytona Beach; cremation will follow.
