Some have name as Benjamin Rogers Frans. Others as Benjamin Hardin Riddle Frans. His mother was a Hardin.

After years in Buchanan County, removed to Nebraska, and finally Kingfisher County, Oklahoma where Benjamin Frans married again after Mary Jane's death to a Mrs. Mary Jane Morse.

Marge Mudge Brown says:
Benjamin and Mary Jane Reynolds were married 1863 in Buchanan Co. MO. In 1870. They resided in Jackson Township with their daughter and four sons. By 1891, the family was living in Nebraska where the youngest son Lester was born. In 1900, the family had moved to Altona Twp., Kingfisher Co. OK where Ben continued farming.
Mary Jane died In 1908 and her stone may be found in Kingfisher Cemetery. In 1910, Ben married Mrs. Mary Jane Morse. She was 64, born in TN and living in Blaine Co. OK. Ben was 69 and living in Kingfisher Co. It is not known what happened to the second wife. She is not mentioned in probate records of Ben.
Ben died in 1917 in Omega Twp., Kingfisher Co, I have not found a cemetery stone for him and there is no
death certificate in the State of OK records.
Three grandsons listed as heirs are Benjamin, Otis and Volley Brissey of Auburn NE and on a typewritten page there is no mention of Benjamin, but there are 2 great-granddaughters, Dorothy and Corinne Brissey.

DECREE OF SETTLEMENT OF FINAL ACCOUNT

STATE OF OKLAHOMA, IN COUNTY COURT
County of Kingfisher,

In the matter of the estate of Benjamin R. Frans Deceased, Stephen H. Frans, Administrator of the estate of
Benjamin R. Frans deceased, having, on the 5th day of November A. D. 1926, rendered and presented for
final settlement, and filed in this Court his final account and report of his administration as such administrator
and praying for an order of distribution of the estate remaining in his hands to the parties lawfully entitled
thereto, and that he be discharged as such administrator.

And now on this 22nd day of March 1927, it being a day of the regular term, to-wit: and having been
continued from Dec. 2,1926 of the January term, 1927 of this Court said final account coming on regularly to
be heard, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that due notice of the settlement of said final
account at this time was given as required by law and the order of this Court, and no exceptions or objections
in writing to said account have been made or filed herein, and no one appearing to contest the same, and the
Court having fully examined said account and the vouchers, and heard and duly considered all the evidence
adduced in support thereof, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said account contains a full
and correct report and statement of all claims presented and allowed against said estate, and of alt the
moneys received and disbursed by said Administrator from March 7,1917 to the 5th day of November A. D,
1926 That the total amount thus received is $3361.18 The total amount disbursed is 3624.00 Balance due
Administrator $262.82 Amount of claims presented and allowed $__

That said account is entitled to be allowed and approved.

It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court, that said account, be, and the same is hereby
allowed, approved and settled.

And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that all claims and debts against said decedent, all
taxes on said estate, and all debts, expenses and charges of administration have fully been paid and discharged; that the said estate is ready for distribution and in condition to be closed.

That said Stephen H. Frans as such Administrator has honestly and faithfully performed, according to law,
the duties of the trust as such Administrator and is entitled to be discharged and to have the sureties on his
official bond released and discharged from further liability thereon, after making proper distribution of said
estate remaining in his hands.

It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said Stephen H. Frans as such Administrator
proceed as soon as practicable and without delay to make distribution of said estate remaining in his hands
to the parties lawfully entitled thereto as follows:

It is also ordered and decreed by the Court that the estate of Benjamin R. Frans is now closed, and that
notice to creditors has been given, and all of the debts of the estate have been paid except the $262.82
which is due the Administrator in said estate.

It is also decreed by the Court that Benjamin R. Frans was the owner of the time of his death of the following
described real estate situated in Kingfisher County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

The North-West quarter of Section Thirteen (13), Township Sixteen (16), North of Range Nine (9),
W.I.M.; and that the following named persons are the heirs and only heirs of Benjamin R. Frans, deceased.
and that each inherit the proportional part set opposite their names as follows:

William L. Frans, son, an undivided 1/9 interest.
Stephen H. Frans, son, an undivided 1/9 interest.
Lester S. Frans, son, an undivided 1/9 interest.
Robert H. Frans, son, an undivided 1/9 interest.
Benjamin R. Frans, son, an undivided 1/9 interest.
James T. Frans, son, an undivided 1/9 interest.
George W. Frans, son, an undivided 1/9 interest.
Hattie Frans, widow of son, undivided 1/27 interest.
Arvil Frans, grandson, an undivided 2/81 interest.
Aral Frans, granddaughter, undivided 2/81 interest.
Hattie Pauline Frans, granddaughter, undivided 2/81 interest.
Otis Brissey, grandson, an undivided 1/27 interest.
Volley Brissey, grandson, an undivided 1/27 interest.
Dorothy Brissey, great granddaughter, an undivided 1/54 interest.

It is therefore ordered and decreed by the court that the above named persons are the heirs and only heirs of
Benjamin R. Frans, deceased, and that they are hereby given their interest by inheritance in the above
described land, the proportional part set opposite their respective names.
