Betty Jean Fagan, 90 year old resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died September 23, 2015 at Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Born July 18, 1925 in Siloam Springs, she was the daughter of George R. Chaney and Lucy S. Strain. Betty was a lifetime resident of Siloam Springs.

Betty worked for United Telephone Company as an operator and then worked for 25 years in the business office at the Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. She attended First Christian Church in Siloam Springs for many years.

She is survived by one son, Timothy Fagan of Siloam Springs; one granddaughter, Michele Hufford of Wichita, Kansas; and three great grandchildren, Alexa Reavis, Jenna Reavis and Jett Reavis, all of Wichita, Kansas.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs, with Pastor Dean Boyer officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2015 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
