Survivors include one sister, Kari Ledford (Harold) of Arkadelphia, father and step-mother, Chester and Michele Pugh of Henderson, NV, mother and step-father, Joseph and Sherry Cantatore of Knox, IN, nephews, Justin and Jason Ledford, niece, Madison Ledford, two step-brothers, Jeremy Richardson (Dena) of Las Vegas, and Joshua Richardson of Henderson, NV, one step-sister, Lynda Coulter (Joseph), Tucson, AZ
