A true pioneer, John arrived at Halifax, NS on June 18, 1903 along with his wife Maria (Mary) and infant daughter Klorka (Gloria). Also on the voyage were his parents Mikeal, age 68 and Maria (nee Zaborniak), age 62. They all continued on to Manitoba and settled in the area of Garson.
