Deborah Kay Arnold Cisco, 63 of Folkston passed away September 20, 2015 in Gainesville, Florida. She was born February 11, 1952 to William Frank Arnold and Cornelia Evatt Arnold Askew in Greenville, SC. She had been employed at Amelia Island Plantation as a Tram Driver and was also a self-employed business owner.

She is survived by a daughter: Angela Kay Bailey of Folkston; One sister: Cheryl Ann Butler of Folkston, two grandchildren: Alex Marr and Kaylee Bailey; Great-grandchildren: Kenniady Marr and Kynlee Marr; a niece: Tonia Arnold Johnson (Don)and two great-nephews
and several other relatives.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Micah’s Place (Battered Women & Children), Fernandina Beach, Florida or www.gofundme.com /House burned-family in need.
