Mrs. Bobbie Jean Bethune Kelly, 79, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 20, 2015. She was born on May 14, 1936 in Jesup, Georgia, the daughter of the late Robert & Geraldine Bethune.

Bobbie graduated from Andrew Jackson High School, grew up in the Springfield Church of God and later, a member of Lane Avenue Church of God. She loved to bake, read and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Preceding her in death are her husband, Raymond Kelly and her parents. Surviving family include her 3 children: Greg Kelly, Pam Woodward and Scott Kelly; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandsons; 2 sisters: Gerri Bethune and Cheryl Workman and extended family.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015 at Lane Avenue Church of God with Rev. Lawton Carter, Rev. Brent Harris and Rev. Steve DuBose, officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.

Her family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Wednesday at the church.
