Maggie Stinson, 94, of Holland, KY died Monday, September 21, 2015 at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Fountain Run, KY native was a homemaker, former employee of Washington Overall Manufacturing and Imperial Shirt Factory, former bus driver for Allen County School System, a member of Rough Hill Missionary Baptist Church and attended Holland Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Tom Neal Short and Evie Lillian Stinson Short and wife of the late Levy Guy Stinson.



She is survived by 1 son: Glen Stinson and wife, Sue, Franklin, KY;

1 daughter: Wanda Lawrence and husband, Caleb, Greenfield, IN;

7 grandchildren: Chris Lawrence and wife, Nancy; Lisa Evans and husband, Raymond; Sharon Dishong and husband, Dave; Brian Stinson; Katina Robertson and husband, Steve; Bart Stinson and wife, Lorie; Jeff Stinson and wife, Shelly;

13 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren;

She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 4 sisters.



Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Goad Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenny Joe Stinson officiating and burial in Holland Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:30 P.M. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Holland Cemetery. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
