Margaret “Peg” M. Healy of Warminster, Pa. passed away Thurs. Dec. 12, 2013 at Luther Woods Nursing Home. She was 86 years old. Born in Phila., she was the daughter of the late William and Bridget (nee McHale) Lavelle.
She was the beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Healy.
She was the loving mother of Patricia (Richard) Frazer, Eileen (William) Ryan, Maureen (Timothy) Burris, John Healy and the late Theresa (A. Andrew) Miller.
Sister of Miriam Theresa Lavelle R.S.M. and the late William “Bud” Lavell.
Grandmother of Richard and Thomas Frazer, William and Kevin Ryan.
Great grandmother of Richard 5th and Samuel Frazer.
Mrs. Healy was employed at William Tennent High School until she was 84 years old. Peg was an active member of St. John Bosco Church where she was involved with the Women’s Guild, Senior Club, a carnival worker and a collection counter. She would clean the chapel every Saturday morning with the help of her sister when she would visit along with selling for fund raisers before and after Mass.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass Tuesday Dec. 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM in St. John Bosco Church, 235 E. County Line Rd., Hatboro. Friends will be received after 10:00 AM until time of the Mass in the church. Interment St. John Neumann Cemetery.
