Funeral services for Kelly M. Payne Bryant, 49, Clarksville, will be at 10:30 a.m. today, June 23, at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarksville, with burial in Kraft-Graceland memorial Park, New Albany. She died Thursday, June 19, 2014, at the Hosparus of Louisville Inpatient Unit at Norton Medical Pavillion.
She was born in New Albany, and was an administrative assistant to the superintendent for the Clarksville Community School Corporation. She was a graduate of Clarksville High School class of 1983, a member of the Clarksville Alumni Association, and the Clarksville Athletic Boosters.
Survivors include her husband, Alan Bryant; twin sons, Nicholas S. and Adam T. Bryant, Clarksville; a stepson, Andrew A. Bryant, Louisville; her father, James W. Payne, Clarksville; a brother, Michael J. Payne (Kim), Marengo; a sister, Deborah Knight (James), Floyd Knobs; her grandmother, Rosemary Lee, Clarksville; her mother-in-law, Mary C. Bryant, Louisville; nieces, Karena, Destinee and Kelsey; nephews, Ryan, Austin and Patrick.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Ann Lee Payne.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home, and after 9 a.m. Monday.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to the Hosparus of Louisville, or the Clarksville High School Athletic Department.
